From the Herald Sun: “Angelina Jolie has revealed she and partner Brad Pitt keep guns in their new French home to protect their growing family.”
Wonder how she reconciles that with (1) the fact that she is a UN Ambassador (an organization sworn to eliminate private ownership of guns), (2) the fact that she has banned her children from watching violent movies, (3) the fact that she has banned guns from her current movie set to “protect the children,” and this: “While it was not immediately clear if her firearms were compliant with French law, Jolie told The Daily Mail she keeps two similar to those used in Tomb Raider, and she would not be afraid to use them.”
Silly reporter, laws are for peons. It matters not to an elite uber-actress that there are laws against this sort of thing. And I call bullshit on the whole “similar to those used in Tomb Raider” thing. She wouldn’t know a Ruger from a Glock. By the way – they were 9mm Heckler and Koch USPs.
So which is it? “Guns and violence never solve any problems, so we should shield our children from them,” OR “Guns, in the right hands, can protect us from violence, so its OK for law-abiding citizens to possess them.”? ‘Cause either way you go Angie, you are either a hypocrite or a liar.
Typical Hollywood assholes – It’s OK for me because I’m famous, but not for the peons who made me rich…Oh and by the way, I got rich portraying a violent killer in movies like:
and Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

Curtis, first thanks for pointing Ms. Jolie’s hypocrisy. What a tool. Second, I’d still fuck her, but I’d have even less respect for her after I was done. Third, I have to take you to task for generalizing from Ms. Jolie to all liberals. The overwhelming majority of liberals do NOT keep firearms, they’d faint from the mere sight of a loaded weapon. Most liberals do indeed have the courage of their convictions. The problem is that their convictions are based on a lack of courage.
BTW, did you check out the last paragraph of that news article? Pink Floyd recorded a few tracks for “The Wall” at that estate. That’s fucking awesome!
