A friend sent me the link below to another friend’s blog. Looks like quality control was a little lacking at the Federal munitions factory recently.
It seems that case dimensions were a little off – enough to cause a failure to fire, likely due to the slide not being able to enter battery completely.
I have never heard of this particular problem – luckily no damage or injury occurred as a result.

Well quite simply, his problem was that he was using a glock. I will however check my shit this weekend.
