Deeds?!?!? We Don’t Need No Stinkin’ Deeds!

From Michelle Malkin:

S.F.’s housing mob and the death of property rights

hnj

“In support of seizing vacant houses for those who have none…”

So, what is next?

If I leave my car parked in the same spot too long, will they seize it and give it to someone “who Ha(s) none?”

If I my savings account lies dormant for too long, will they seize it and give it to “those who have none?”

I guess they never read this little tidbit:

The Constitution of The United States of America

Amendment 4 – Search and Seizure. Ratified 12/15/1791.

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Edited to add:  They can’t even spell “Seizing” correctly – what makes me think they could read/comprehend the Constitution?

One Response to “Deeds?!?!? We Don’t Need No Stinkin’ Deeds!”

  1. Joe Adams Says:

I love the “against wrongful evictions” part. We have the most screwed up eviction laws around. Just not paying your rent isn’t good enough to get evicted unless it is a year or so in duration. Come try to take mine bitches. I’ll be donating lead to your cause.
