At this point, why even bother to vote?

I mean if you’re not a democrat…

From Fox News:

Nevada Voters Say Reid’s Name Checked for Them on Touch-Screen Ballots

Voters in one Nevada city are complaining that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s name was already checked when they went to cast their ballots in early voting Monday, according to Fox5Vegas.com.

Voters in Boulder City said they were trying to vote for Republican nominee Sharron Angle, but that Reid’s name was checked when they got to the electronic voting machines.

"Something’s not right," voter Joyce Ferrara told the network, saying several people reported the same problem. "One person that’s a fluke. Two, that’s strange. But several within a five-minute period of time — that’s wrong."

A Clark County voting official said highly sensitive touch-screens may be to blame and that fraud is not the issue.

Oh, well if you say so…

Well, voting is a bit of a pain in the ass. First you have actually go to the polling place. Then you have to wait in line. Then you have pretend you know what any of these jackasses actually stand for, but in the end you just randomly select them.

I suppose I COULD try to find out what the issues are and where the candidates stand on them, but that’s even more work. I’d probably just tune into the bloviating blowhards on tv. Not only would that give me a headache, but might make me miss Burn Notice or Big Bang Theory or some other popular program brought to you by the letter B. So yeah, if the voting machines will just vote for us and save me the hassle, I’m all for it.

Oh yeah, vote Yes on that marijuana proposition in California. Legalize it!

By definition, half the people you meet are of below-average intelligence. You just described their thought process to a T.
