Those damned “cafes” are EVERYWHERE in Korea. I’ve walked past one Starbucks, continued 100 feet down the sidewalk and past another. I kid you not. The mall across the street from office has at least 3 of ’em (and that’s not counting the Starbucks knockoffs like Coffee Beanery and Tom n Toms). I think it’s just a conspiracy so they can charge $4-5 for a cup of coffee instead of 90 cents.

I’m with you there brother. Went to Starbucks with a vendor a while back. They were kind of flabbergasted when I asked for black coffee.
